The following states are subject to amnesty:

 

Ohio (associate member state)

Tennessee (associate member state)

Utah (associate member state)

Georgia (associate member state)

 

A business seeking amnesty has to register under the SSUTA and agree to collect all Full Member States’ taxes for at least three years.
